People & Experience
As hospitality real estate is more complex than other forms of commercial real estate, you need an expert who can provide practical and real-world advice.
The senior members of our HTL Hotel Management, who would staff, manage, and complete your assignments, have an average of 30 years experience in the hospitality and hotel/resort industries. Most have undergraduate degrees in hotel/hospitality management and graduate degrees in business administration, hotel administration, and accountancy.
Many have owned or managed limited-service or full-service hotels or resorts such as those listed in our list of Present and Past Hotel Management Assignments. Many have held senior positions with hotel companies such as: Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Hilton Hotels, Holiday Inn (IHG), Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Outrigger Hotels, Ramada Worldwide, Regal, Richfield Hospitality, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Rodeway Inns, Super 8 Motels and Stouffer's. Some are Certified Hotel Administrators and most started their careers in hotel or restaurant operation, or asset management, before moving into fee property management.
